The term cap cay in the Indonesian language actually means 10 kinds of vegetables. But the fact is many people serving fried chop suey vegetables are only a few kinds. They sometimes add ingredients of food they have at home. They could just add squid, shrimp, kekian, rambak belly of the fish, chicken liver, and so on depending on the tastes can taste each.

But we have a separate recipe that has been many years we wear. Here's the recipe and ingredients;
Material:
- 50 grams of chicken meat that has been cut into small pieces
- 200 grams of chicory that has been cut
- 5 pieces of meatballs, sliced according to taste
- 1 bunch mustard greens that have been cut
- 150 grams of cauliflower cut dsudah
- 1 carrot, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ tablespoon of cornstarch that is diluted with a little water
How to make:
- Saute garlic until fragrant then add the chicken and meatballs. Stir until it changes color
- Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper and stir briefly and then add a little water
- Add the carrots, mustard greens, cabbage and cauliflower that have been cut into pieces, stir until smooth
- Add cornstarch solution and stir again until thickened cuisine
- Lift and fried chop suey ready to be served.
